CANCELLATION POLICY

At Covet Hair Co. we understand that sometimes schedules change. To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service cost. For certain services or longer appointments, a deposit may be required upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We understand emergencies can occur, and exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of your stylist or technician. Thank you.
